The past 3 years has seen significant Investment and Development in the service of our logistics team. In this time we have secured additional warehousing space in both the UK and EMEA and have moved to a paperless operation.
Technology plays a major part in our show delivery, ensuring that customers are connected to our operation. Behind the scenes, the logistics team have developed our own in-house e-commerce and operations platform that allows exhibitors and contractors to benefit from the power of Connect.
CONNECT to the World of Exhibitions
Our system provides a slick and easy to use interface, that gathers the information required to place complex orders online, within a few minutes. The orders are processed instantly and POD’s required for show delivery are automatically generated to the team onsite allowing unloading, reloading or empty case services to be fulfilled. From a quick scan of a barcode to check out in a few simple steps.

Traffic Management, covered
Our innovative platform works as a bolt on service to Connect. We can tailor the booking system to implement time slot availability to suit the needs of the event, venue or access.

Connecting Organisers to our Operation
As an add-on service, we can allow our organisers access to view show specific, logistics statistics including:
- ESG Reporting
- Details of oversized / heavy lift consignments
- Overview of orders received
- Logistics contact details
- Access to place orders for pre and post event collecting / delivery
- Tracking of onsite deliveries, including show guides
Leading the way
Health & Safety is a top priority for our team. Our project managers hold the minimum qualification of IOSH Managing Safety. We also encourage and support the team to further develop their skills in order to complete their NEBOSH General Certificate.
In addition to this we also educate our team with specific heavy lifting qualifications through the National Plant Operators Registration Scheme, NPORS. Our project managers are educated and qualified to NPORS N403 Slinger Signaller, along with NPORS N405 Crane and Lift Supervisor. Further members of the team also hold NPORS Appointed Persons Qualification.
